Bacon

I love bacon! I always pan fry it because that is the way my mom always made it, but I decided to try baking it in the oven. I have to admit that it is the greatest thing ever. The bacon cooks evenly and still gets crispy. I love it! I am probably the only person in the world that didn't know that. I am ok with that. Have a good laugh or try it.

    Its also good in the microwave. You can place about 6 slices on a plate and put it in on high for about 4-5 minutes. It is still crispy but not burnt, so it is so good. Do you do yours on a broiler pan in the oven?
